Data entered by the user

The following personal data can be collected in “Contacts” and “Shop” (e-commerce) sections, through specific data collection forms: name, surname, physical address, nationality, province and municipality of residence, landline and / or mobile, fax, tax/VAT code, e-mail address.
The data entered are necessary to carry out the supply contract for the purchased product, manage and execute the contact requests submitted, provide assistance, fulfill the legal and regulatory obligations to which the Data Controller is held according to the activity carried out. Under no circumstances the Company resells personal data of the Data Subject to third parties or uses them for undeclared purposes.

The legal basis for processing is Data Controller’s legitimate interest. Unless otherwise specified, all data requested are mandatory and failure to provide them could result in the impossibility to provide the requested services.

Your data will be kept for as long as required civil and fiscal regulations. They will be stored in protected files for the period specified, and after that destroyed.

Rights of the Data Subject

Data subjects are entitled to obtain access to their personal data, they can ask correction, deletion, processing  restriction, or not allow the personal data processing.
